For Mike's birthday, the girls and I went to his work to surprise him. We brought him a big chocolate birthday cake and took him out to lunch! He was nice enough to let Abbie choose the place to eat...can you guess where she chose? McDonalds!

After Mike got home from work, we starting the evening celebration...Daddy wanted to do something the girls would have fun at...so we went to the Spectrum. He wanted to take the girls on the huge Ferris wheel! It was super fun. We didn't tell Abbie where we were going and she was so happy when she figured out what we were doing!

| After we were already on the wheel, the operator told us Aimee couldn't sit on our lap. We had to put her on the big seat and strap her in. She did really well, but looked so small sitting by herself! |

Next we went over to the carousel for a ride! Abbie chose a fun horse with jewels and Aimee got a cat with a fish in his mouth.

To wrap up the evening, we took Mike to one of his favorite restaurants, Lone Star for a steak dinner. It was yummy food and Daddy and Abbie got to line dance with the waiters.
