Learning Service

Our MOMs club had a really fun service project today.  We collected food for our local Orange County Outreach program.  They are a community supported food bank that helps about 1,000 families each month.  After collecting the food, we had the opportunity to go and put the items on the shelves.  The girls had a fantastic time!  They learned how to serve others and had a great time doing it!  The girls are even asking when they can go back!  It was an awesome experience...Abbie learned that when we help others we feel happy inside and service is FUN!

 The girls loved getting the food items and finding where they fit on the shelves.  The volunteer coordinator, Gabby was awesome with the girls.  She made it fun and really made the experience a positive one!  Thanks Gabby!
