Mike's Birthday

On Tuesday, was Mike's birthday. Abbie and I decided to surprise him at work with a cake and take him to lunch. I got up extra early and made a cake with almonds in it. When Abbie got up, I let her choose what to put on the cake. Here is the final product...

Abbie's request was that it have pink letters saying "Happy Birthday Daddy" and a smiling face. She explained that it had to have a smiling face because Daddy has a happy face. I thought that was so sweet of her to say! So her wish was my command...She was so proud of the cake and couldn't wait to get to Mike's work to surprise him.



So cute!
