This was the last Friday Family night at the local High School pool. They had neat, live band music and some of our friends from our church were there with their families. It was also a break through night for Abbie. We got her some arm floaties but the first time I put them on her she had a fit! She kept screaming, "Off, off, off..." I knew if she would give them a chance she would love them. So tonight we put them on her and just made her keep them on. We showed her how she could float herself and she LOVED it! She even started kicking her legs to move herself. She is now in love with "doing it herself". The smile on her face was priceless! I can't wait to go swimming again so she can keep practicing!
